Moonlight Madness 2012 immediatly following the KHS vs. NPHS basketball game until 10:30 pm Saturday, January 7, 2012 The cost is $5 and does not include your admission to the basketball game which starts at 7:00 in the KHS main gym. All boys 3rd to 7th grade are invited to attend. Events include a pizza party, skills clinic and contests with the Kearney High basketball players. Early registration is encouraged but you can register at the door. to schools district wide tomorrow, Friday, Oct 7th. The blankets did not make it in time to pack so all of those will be delivered at a later date. Check back here for updates. Basketball Tournament The 2011 Kearney Basketball Blowout was a success! Thank you to all the volunteers for your assistance in making this a successful fundraiser for the Kearney High School Booster Club. Even though that weekend was extremely busy with both KHS Varsity Boys & Varsity Girls soccer tournaments in Omaha, KHS Prom, and the start of spring break for KHS students - we were able to overcome these obstacles and pull together to make this a success. Our unofficial estimates from Doug Koster indicate we made over $11,000 for the KHS Booster Club through this fund raising event. Please plan to attend the April meeting to share feedback on what
we did right and what we need to change to improve the tournament. Any feedback is greatly appreciated and will allow us to improve upon our largest fundraiser of the year. Thanks again for everyone's support and please plan to attend ournext KHS Booster Club meeting in April as we will review the official results. Mike Peck
